40 Foot Long Corten Planters

Custom fabrication of Corten steel planters requires efficient design and equipment capabilities to manufacture the specified design. We have the ability to cut and brake Corten steel plates up to 40 feet long and 6 feet wide. This allows us to fabricate large Corten steel planters at very competitive costs and lead times. Below are some examples of custom planters we have delivered.

Tall Corten steel planters can be manufactured up to 36 inches high x 238 inches long x 60 inches wide. Tall Cotton Steel Planters are designed and manufactured for in-ground, patio, and rooftop applications where a taller continuous structure is needed to accommodate trees and large shrubs. The planters are made of 1/4" thick A588 steel (also known as Cor-ten). Additional supports are welded inside the structure to maintain structural integrity. The structure is supported and leveled by an adjustable base.

The sides of the short planters can be up to 24" high and fabricated to any width and length. The short planters are designed and fabricated for patio and rooftop applications where a wide open area is required for vegetation to create a garden. Wood benches can be incorporated into the design. The planters are fabricated from 1/4" thick A588 steel also known as Cor-ten. The side walls are supported and leveled by adjustable pedestals. Fiberglass grating is used on the interior of the side walls to create a floor, which is also supported by adjustable pedestals. Fiberglass grating has superior strength and corrosion resistance.
