Corten Steel For Garden Seating | Bench Seats

Installation of temporary green space for the City of San Francisco with the goal of utilizing vacant areas where the City is scheduled to undergo extensive renovations. Over a three to nine month period, Corten planters, countertops and storage units will be installed to immediately improve the site. When permanent construction begins, the entire installation will be moved to the new location.

This installation utilizes our modular planter design. All planters were shipped as panels and then assembled into various sizes. We used Dow 2×4 lumber to build the countertops that were mounted to the boardable planters. We also designed removable, lockable countertops for storing gardening tools.
