Yes, please inform us formally before production and initialize the design based on our samples.
2. How long does it take to get feedback after we send an inquiry?

We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sell by ourselves.
What is the payment method?
For mass-produced products, you need to pay a 30% deposit before production and 70% of the balance upon receipt of a copy of the file. The most common payment methods are TT, Paypal, and Western Union is also accepted.
5. Do you have samples?
Yes, we usually send samples by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. However, customers need to pay all the costs related to the samples, such as sample fee and airmail shipping fee.
