Fortunately, science is on your side and can solve the problem quickly and easily. All you need is salty water. Dissolve about 1 teaspoon of salt in about 1 liter of water to get a light salt solution. Simply spray or coat the solution evenly on the weathering steel! Repeat this process about 5 times over a few weeks and you will soon see rust.
