Corten Steel Outdoor Steps

How is the weather resistance?
1. In most cases, your Corten steel product will arrive rust-free. There may be a slight patina or dark oily residue, which is completely normal.
2. 2. As weathering begins, the residue will break down and a rust color will begin to appear. During this time, any runoff may stain the stone or concrete surface. 3.
3. After weathering (approximately 6-9 months), runoff may still occur, but it will be minimal.
Upon arrival of the corten steel, please unpack immediately so that moisture does not continue to seal between the packages. If this is not done, irregular rust and staining may occur.
